What to do?

You reserve your spot, we prepare the session.

You come on the D-day, we have fun.

I work on the images. You discover them on your online gallery.

You want to upgrade with prints? I take care of this & deliver them to you.

Important information to read:

• In case of unfit weather 🌧, I will do my best to have a great back-up solution & do your mini session in an indoor location.

• The shooting day is organized with a sequence of 20-minute sessions with 10 minutes in between ⏰. These 10 minutes allow me to say good-bye to client A & to welcome client B, not to have the session longer.

• The link to the precise location of your mini session 📌 on Maps will be send by message on the day of the session. I’ll also send you as many information as possible to help you find the location. Please include extra time in your organization to make sure you arrive on time.

• If you arrive late at our appointment ⌛️, I can’t guarantee your session will last 20 minutes, not to deliver 20 images.

• The payment 💶 is required before the session. Your spot is secure only once the payment is received. Payments are accepted by Transferwise only. Contact me for further questions.

• A recapitulative message 💌 with the time of the appointment & the location will be sent as soon as the payment is received.

• First come, first served 🥇. Once you reserved your spot, changes can’t be expected. If another client is ok to swap with you, I’ll be happy to make the change.

• Because Mini Sessions are available on a limited basis, all Mini Session bookings are final and non-refundable 🌟. They cannot be rescheduled to another date or time. If you are unable to attend your Mini Session, however, you are welcome to gift or re-sell it to a friend or family member.

• You’ll discover your images on a private & safe online gallery 💞 within 2 weeks maximum after the mini session. You’ll receive access to this online gallery by email.

• Once you made your selection of 12 images ✅, they will be downloadable from this gallery in high & low resolution.

• You can upgrade by purchasing more images 👑 and/or the black & white versions.

• I strongly believe your images deserve to be printed out 🖼 so you can also ordering from me prints, frames & albums. Once the orders are placed, they can’t be refunded & the products will be delivered and paid.

• The force majeure clause 🥵 excuses my obligations if circumstances beyond my control prevent me from doing my job. I’d do my best to reschedule a mini session in the best conditions as soon as possible.

• It is your responsibility to save your images 💻 on your computer, external hard drive and/or cloud storage. The images will be deleted from my storage within 2 months after the mini session & I will send you an email to inform you about the imminent action one

• I will use the images created to promote my work 🔊 on my website & social medias accounts. If you don’t want this, please let me know.

• The print release 🖨 is included into the cost of the mini session: it gives you the permission to reproduce my images for your own personal use (no commercial use allowed). The copyright © of the images remains mine.

  ✅ what you can do:
  - Post them on all forms of social medias
  - Print an unlimited amount of them in any form (photo, canvas, album, t-shirt, etc.)
  - Share them with your family so they can do the same!

  
  ⛔️ what you cannot do:
  - Edit or alter the images in any way, including cropping and filters.
  - Claim the work as your own.
  - Use the images for commercial gain.
