How to pick up the best outfits for your Christmas photo session

  • Pick max 4 coordinated colors, ideally one of those colors being neutral (for example: red, white, denim & navy blue or navy blue, beige, dark red & red).

  • You don’t necessarily need to match in identical outfits. 

  • Yu can mix up textures, just stick to your color palette.

  • No logo or text.

  • Play with accessories, like a scarf or jewelry.

  • Make sure your kids are comfortable in their clothes, it will be easier for them to relax during the session.

  • If you’d like to wear a different outfit, it will take time on your session.

Your preparation

Arrive early! This way you are not stressed and all relaxed.

  1. Plan your children’s sleep / awake time for that day if your session is during their nap time.

  2. Feed your children before the session to ensure they’ll be full and happy. Arrive a little earlier and do this in the car if needed. Feel free to bring anything as bribery to get after the session.

  3. No eating in studio.  Bring any supplies for your children to use after the session (snacks, treats, drinks, etc)

  4. Clean your children’s faces (eyes, nose, mouth). It is fast & will make a big difference.

  5. Everyone at their best.  I process the images in a natural way, I soften wrinkles or brighten under eyes or erase pimples or scratches.

  6. Remove all hair ties or kids watches before the shoot to ensure no marks are there. Again I cannot edit out hair ties or watches.

  7. Parents don’t forget about yourselves!  Do your hair and make up before the session.

Terms and Conditions

This agreement is put in place so you know exactly what a session with us entails and to ensure that we are able to deliver on your expectations. Please read all information carefully, and if you have any questions at any time, just ask.

1. Booking and Payment
Booking is done by completing the Google form.
Full payment is required at the time of the session.
Payments are accepted via cash (dollars or euros), bank transfer to my French bank account (only euros) with Wise or Revolut or bank transfer to my Garanti bank account (dollars or euros) only if no fees.


2. Session Duration
Each mini session is scheduled for a maximum of 20 minutes.
Please arrive on time. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session time.
If the session lasts less than 15-20 minutes, it will be because it went very very well & that you guys nailed everything :D!


3. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for ensuring that everyone in their party is ready and present at the scheduled time.
Children should be supervised by a parent or guardian at all times within the studio.


4. Privacy
Everything being written & said between you & your family and me during the preparation, the photo session itself & the follow-up exchanges is private and will remain not be publicly released, neither by me or by you.
Our relationship is based on trust & I want you to know you can trust me.

5. Cancellations and Rescheduling
Sessions can only be rescheduled if requested at least 72 hours before the scheduled time and only if there is another time available.
Sessions can’t be rescheduled on another day.
If the client is unable to attend and does not reschedule within the required time frame, the session fee is forfeited.
In case of illness or emergency, please inform the photographer as soon as possible.


5. Images and Delivery
The photographer will provide a minimum of 5 edited images per session.
Images will be delivered via a private online gallery up to 7 days after the session date.

Add-ons like additional images, digital holiday card, prints, or frames are available for purchase separately:

- Add-on "Portraits": extra portraits for $6 or 5€ per digital image
- Add-on "Card": your customized digital Holiday card / + $11 or + 10€
Your personalized digital card will be created up to 2 days after you pick your favorite portrait & the design.
- Add-on "Prints": 10 prints of your favorite portraits (10x15cm) / + $22 or + 20€
Your favorite portraits will be printed out & shipped up to 7 days after you select them (shipping by PTT kargo).
- Add-on "Frame": your favorite portrait printed out & framed (20x30cm) / + $48 or + 45€
Your favorite portraits will be printed out, framed & shipped up to 15 days after you select the portrait (shipping by PTT kargo).

6. Image Rights and Usage
The photographer retains the copyright of all images.
The client is granted personal use rights to the images; commercial use is not permitted without prior consent.
The photographer reserves the right to use images from the session for promotional purposes, including social media and advertising, unless a written request is made by the client to withhold usage.

You can:
- Post them on all forms of social medias
- Print an unlimited amount of them in any form (photo, canvas, album, t-shirt, etc.)
- Share them with your family so they can do the same
You cannot:
- Edit or alter the images in any way, including cropping and filters.
- Claim the work as your own.
- Use the images for commercial gain.

I do not provide raw files.
The final edited images are the result of my professional expertise and are intended to provide the highest quality results.


7. Save your files - Better be safe that sorry!
I ensure my clients to back up the files in high resolution during 1 year (except in case of unexpected disaster like fire, flood, damaged computer and / or hard drive). If you loose your files & want them again, I will ask a 30€ fee to create a new online gallery.1 year after your session, my digital back-up is not guaranteed anymore & the files can be deleted at any moment. I will send you a note before I delete anything to make sure everything is safe on your side.

I strongly recommend to save these files on 2 external hard drives & on 2 clouds.

8. Studio Policies
No outside cameras or videography are allowed during the session. The sessions are very short, let’s focus on them.
The photographer or the studio are not responsible for any personal items lost or damaged during the session.
By participating in the session, the client agrees to comply with all studio policies and procedures.


9. Liability
The photographer & studio are not responsible for any accidents or injuries sustained during the session.
The client agrees to assume all risks associated with the session and waives all claims against the photographer & studio.
